Requesting deletion

Heritage Joiners operates an internal Facebook integration called “heritage integration”. It is used solely to manage and publish content to the Heritage Joiners Facebook Page and is not offered as a service to other users or businesses.

If you believe this integration holds personal data relating to you, you can ask us to delete it.

How to make a request

1. Go to our contact form.
2. State clearly that your request relates to the “heritage integration” Facebook application.
3. Tell us what data you believe is held, and give us enough detail to identify it — for example the Facebook account or Page the data relates to.

What happens next

We will look into what, if anything, is held for the operation of the integration. Any applicable personal information held specifically for the operation of the “heritage integration” application will be deleted where we are required to do so.

We will confirm the outcome to you, and we will respond within the time allowed by applicable data protection law.
